3 oz. cream cheese, softened
¾ cup mayonnaise
⅛ tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 slices bread
Mix the spices with the mayo while softening the cream cheese in the microwave. Add cream cheese and shredded cheeses.
Spread on 5 slices of the bread, top with the other 5, spread with butter, and grill in frying pan.

Tried it, loved it. Very creamy, gooey, and filling. I will definitely be making these again.
I'm going to try cutting the mayo down to 1/2 cup next time, just because I'm not a HUGE mayo fan (and apparently, neither is Jackson).
I would agree with the Mayo. They do taste wonderful cold too. After you have grilled them, just put them back in the fridge and chill. The seasoning is much better blended after they sit over night. I think I actally prefer them cold!
