brown sugar (enough to cover bananas)
bananas (cut in ¼ inch slices or smaller)
1 Tbsp. butter
maple syrup
Heat skillet with butter. Cover bananas with brown sugar until well coated. Cook on medium-high heat for a couple of minutes. Turn bananas, add maple syrup, and cook on other side for a couple more minutes.
When it is caramelized to your liking, remove from heat and serve over ice cream, French toast, waffles, pancakes, etc.

CARAMEL BANANAS

CREAM SAUCE
1 stick real butter
1 cup sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix together in saucepan and bring to a full boil. Pour on top of CRANBERRY PUDDING MUFFINS.

BARBECUE SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
½ tsp. liquid smoke
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. garlic
¼ cup chopped onion
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
